Lindsey McEnroe | R.G.N, I.N.P
Lindsey McEnroe is a Senior Advanced Aesthetic Nurse and the Clinical Director at True You Skin Clinics. She’s a member of the British association of cosmetic nurses and PIAPA.
She is continually campaigning for safe beauty practices and reflects that in the services she offers her patients. Safety and excellence are her top priorities and it shows in her awards and accomplishments.
She qualified as a nurse in 1996 at Leeds University then began working as a sister in intensive care until 2007 where she was working full time in aesthetics.
The most rewarding part of her career is seeing her patient’s journey from beginning to end.
Watching that seed grow within them and educating each client on proper skincare and lifestyle habits to improve the health of their skin is the best part of her job.
In 2010, she earned her prescribing qualification. She’s currently studying a masters in aesthetics practice.
She was awarded the Rising Star in Aesthetics at the 2011 National Award Ceremony in London out of 16,000 applicants.
Attending conferences and keeping up her PREP requirements is a top priority to Lindsey. She has a passion for education and even holds a teaching qualification.
Being selected by Northumbria University as a mentor for the Masters in Aesthetics Course Level 7 was a great honor and she is continually educating herself in upcoming changes within the Aesthetics industry.
While directing the clinic and treating patients at True You Skin Clinics, Lindsey also works for the leading aesthetic manufacturer Merz Pharma as a national trainer covering the North of England, Scotland, and Ireland.
Lindsey was the first in West Yorkshire to be registered with Save Face as a recognized safe practitioner. Her passion for safety and dedication allowed her to obtain excellence status within 6 months.
This lead her to opening her own training company, InClinic Training, where she teaches other nurses and doctors in aesthetic practices and managing complications.
In 2016 she was highly commended at the Nurse Practitioner Safety in Beauty Awards in London and nominated for Business Woman of the Year.
